Katy’s intrigue with food, it’s health benefits and cooking date back to her early years. Over 15 years ago she developed a passion for feeding people great food and she’s never looked back. She derives her inspiration from the colorful and flavorful richness of world cuisine, regularly marrying flavors that sing beautifully together to delight those who enjoy her craft. Katy’s most important mission is to cook for others the way she would lovingly cook for her own family, taking great care to incorporate the freshest organic seasonal offerings possible. Whenever possible she prefers to procure ingredients from local farms and farmer's markets. Her greatest hope is to inspire people to try new things, enjoy a diet filled with variety and to help everyone she can to enjoy home cooked meals more often.
